PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric machine capable of suppressing the movement of lead-out wires of an armature coil when the armature coil and a wire connection board are sealed with a resin. SOLUTION: The rotary electric machine comprises a stator 10 wherein the armature coil 3 is provided on a stator core 1, a rotor 20 rotatably arranged in the stator 10, an insulation guide member 50 provided in the axial direction end part of the stator 10 and having a guide part 51 for guiding the lead-out wires 14 of the armature coil 3 to prevent the lead-out wires from moving to the stator inner periphery or outer periphery, the wire connection board 60 to which the lead-out wires 14 of the armature coil 3 guided by the insulation guide member 50, and the sealing resin 15 formed around the armature coil 3 and the wire connection board 60.
