PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mediate a call between users so that the user can conduct calling with the other user over a telephone without having a telephone number known by the opposite user. SOLUTION: A call mediation device 10 comprises a user database 24 where a user ID and a telephone number are associated with each other for each user to be recorded. For example, when a telephone icon at a screen concerning information for each person such as an auction information screen is clicked, each telephone number for a calling user and a called user is acquired from the user database 24, and a calling line is established between these telephone numbers, if a call connection request is transmitted.
