PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent image by properly correcting slur in imaging without being influenced by frequency characteristics possessed by an object itself. SOLUTION: A first image g<SB>0</SB>is imaged with exposed time shortened and a successive second image g<SB>1</SB>is imaged in an ordinary exposure time (steps A11 to A17). After imaging, a pseudo image is created in which slur produced on the second image g<SB>1</SB>is formed on the first image g<SB>0</SB>in a pseudo manner by calculation. A calculation formula for minimizing error between the pseudo image and the second image g<SB>1</SB>is estimated as slur information (steps A18, A19), based on which the slur information involved in the second image g<SB>1</SB>is corrected (step A20). It is hereby possible to obtain an excellent image by properly correcting slur in imaging without being influenced by frequency characteristics possessed by an object itself.
