PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle communication system, an in-vehicle apparatus, and a mobile phone capable of preventing in advance a user from feeling inconvenienced after the user parks at the outside of a communication zone of the in-vehicle mobile phone and then leaves its own vehicle. SOLUTION: When its own vehicle moves from inside the communication zone of the in-vehicle mobile phone 3 to the outside of the communication zone, an in-vehicle navigation apparatus 2 allows the in-vehicle mobile phone 3 to transmit a call reception switching signal to a communication network 15 so as to allow the communication network 15 to execute call arrival switching in a way that the call arrived from the communication network 15 to the in-vehicle mobile phone 3 after that is switched to the arrival of call to the mobile phone 14. Even when the user parks at the outside of the communication zone of the in-vehicle mobile phone 3 and then leaves its vehicle, the user can allow the call to reach the mobile phone 14 after that without the need for the user to execute any troublesome operations.
