PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase (boost) output while using the attractive or repulsive force of magnets for reducing power loss during transmitting power from a driving side to a driven side. SOLUTION: The magnet 2 connected to the driven side is arranged between the pair of magnets 1 connected to the driving side in no-contact facing relation, and the magnet 2 connected to the driven side is reciprocated with the rotation of the magnets 1 connected to the driving side.
