PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll member of a compressor enabling the elimination of the waste of raw materials and a compressor using it. SOLUTION: The scroll member 26 of a compressor 1 is formed by pouring a material in a mold 80. The scroll member 26 comprises a flat plate-like end plate 26a and a lap 26b. The lap 26b is formed in the end plate 26a. The lap 26b is spirally formed. The draft of the scroll member against the mold 80 is varied according to the spiral angle of the lap.
