PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil disease inhibitor improving fixative property of microorganisms in soil, exhibiting its function in soil existing a variety of microorganisms and inhibiting soil borne diseases caused by various fungi and bacteria by a simple and quick application to soil for protected fields and open fields. SOLUTION: The microorganisms composition comprises a predetermined amount of two or more Bacillus subtilis selected from Bacillus group, a predetermined amount of two or more fungi selected from Lactobacillus group, and at least one polysaccharide selected from a group of degradable polysaccharides to monosaccharides by the Bacillus group, and the soil disease inhibitor as a main component, the microorganisms composition in dormant state before application to soil.
