PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen-containing gas generating apparatus that can suppress changes in a mixing ratio of source fuel to steam supplied to a reforming section. SOLUTION: A mixing gas pipe 44 to supply source fuel and steam in a mixed state to a reforming section includes a junction passage part 47 which is composed of a straight main pipe part 47a and a junction pipe part 47b connected to the main pipe part 47a in an orthogonal or approximately orthogonal state.
