A recycling system for waste safety nets and a method thereof are provided to reduce costs for processing waste safety nets and to recycled plastic material. A recycling system for waste safety nets and a method thereof comprise a waste removing device(10), an extruder, a cold water tank, and a cutting device. The waste removing device comprises a net junction unit(100) installed at an inlet of a waste safety net to join the waste safety nets by applying the heat, a pair of pressing rollers(110) mounted on one side of the net junction unit to be rotated by the driving unit and to crush the waste on the waste safety net, a micro waste processing unit positioned at one side of the pair of pressing rollers to remove the micro waste on the waste safety nets passed through the pair of pressing rollers, a waste safety net drying unit placed at one side of the micro waste processing unit to dehydrate and dry the waste safety nets passed through the micro waste processing unit, and a hole roller(200) rotated by the driving force of a motor to draw the waste safety net for helping the transmission of the waste safety net at one side of the waste safety net drying unit.
