IMAGE PROCESSING DEVICE, SURVEILLANCE CAMERA AND VIDEO SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress increase in equipment cost and the increase in installation space for an image analysis device, when a plurality of surveillance contents are monitored.

SOLUTION: The device is equipped with: degree of congestion determining part for judging the number of persons in the surveillance area, based on the image of the surveillance area externally inputted; an analysis part for a flow line of persons for detecting the moving direction of persons based on the image; and a gesture analysis part for detecting behavior patterns of the persons, based on the image, responding to the determination result by the degree of the congestion determining part. Either of the moving direction of the persons or the behavior patterns are alternatively analyzed.
