<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device for a vehicle that enables the heat generated in the inside to be eliminated. <P>SOLUTION: A control substrate 14 is connected to a columnar support 15 via a fixing bracket 17. Likewise, a GND pattern 20 of the control substrate 14 is also connected to the columnar support 15 via the fixing bracket 17. Here, the columnar support 15 and the fixing bracket 17 are made of aluminum; thus, their thermal conductivity is superior. Furthermore, the GND pattern 20 is of aluminum or copper; thus, its thermal conductivity is satisfactory. In other words, the control substrate 14 is thermally connected to a cooling plate 12 via the columnar support 15 and the fixing bracket 17. In short, heat generated from control parts 19 on the control substrate 14 is conducted to the cooling plate 12 from the GND pattern 20 via the fixing bracket 17 and the columnar support 15. This mechanism enables an inverter device 10 for a vehicle to efficiently conduct heat generated on the control substrate 14 to the cooling plate 12, thus dissipating the heat to the outside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
