PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supplying device and a liquid jetting apparatus easily assembled and excellent in durability. SOLUTION: A pressure chamber 62 is prepared halfway of a liquid supplying passage, and a part of the pressure chamber 62 is formed by a sealing film 59. A movable valve 74 is arranged in a supporting hole 71 which is connected to the pressure chamber 62 to flow in the ink. The movable valve 74 acts to open itself and free the supporting hole 71 by being pressed by the sealing film 59 when the sealing film 59 is elastically deformed on the basis of negative pressure generated in the pressure chamber 62. An operation lever 76 comprised of a magnetic body is set between the sealing film 59 and the movable valve 74 in the pressure chamber 62. An electromagnet 65 is set at a position opposed to the operation lever 76 via the sealing film 59 in the outside of the pressure chamber 62. The operation lever 76 is driven by a magnetic force of the electromagnet 65 to shift in a direction to regulate the elastic deformation of the sealing film 59 on the basis of the negative pressure generated in the pressure chamber 62.
