PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retainer of a rolling bearing that can favorably prevent deformation toward an outside diameter direction caused by a centrifugal force by forming the retainer of the rolling bearing by combining resin-made retainer bodies and a metal ring, and can rigidly connect and hold the retainer bodies and the metal ring. SOLUTION: The retainer 40 of the rolling bearing comprises: the resin-made first retainer body 41 that is assembled from one side between an inner ring 10 and outer ring 20; the resin-made second retainer body 45 that is assembled from the other side; and the metal ring 51 that is arranged along the outside of at least one retainer body out of the first and the second retainer bodies 41, 45. Both the first and the second retainer bodies 41, 45, and the metal ring 51 are integrally connected by a rivet 60 penetrating over columns 43, 47 arranged between pockets 42, 46 of both the first and the second retainer bodies 41, 45 and opposite to each other.
