PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resinoid clip which can be easily dismounted without requiring a complicated shape. SOLUTION: The resinoid clip 1 comprises a flange 2, a stem portion 3, and a pair of elastic locking arms 5. The locking arms 5 have engaging portions 6 formed thereon. The flange 2 is provided with flexibly acting pieces 10 with gaps 9 into which the tip ends of insertion members can be inserted. Rigid intermediate elements 13 are arranged between the acting pieces 10 and the engaging portions 6 so as to be connected to them via a first hinge 14 and a second hinge 15. When the insertion members are inserted into the gaps 9 and the acting pieces 10 deflect, the intermediate elements 13 make the engaging portions 6 approach toward the stem portion 3, and the engaging portions are disengaged from the edge portions of mounting holes.
