PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for warming an LP-gas bulk reservoir, which apparatus is arranged on the bottom of the bulk reservoir filled with LP gas in order to warm the bottom surface, and can efficiently heat the bulk reservoir so as to raise its temperature. SOLUTION: A containing portion 9 is formed on the outer periphery of the bottom portion 7 by uprightly arranging an outer wall portion 8. The containing portion 9 holds antifreezing solution 6 and has a circulation pipe 12 for warming the antifreezing solution by making a heating medium flow therein. The upper end face of the outer wall portion 8 is brought into close contact with the bottom face 10 of the bulk reservoir 1 without such gaps that the antifreezing solution held in the containing portion 9 is closely brought into contact with the bottom face 10.
