PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulation device capable of surely suppressing pulsation without increasing cost. SOLUTION: This pressure regulation device is provided with a spool valve with a plurality of cutouts formed in a circumference of a land, and a valve body having a high-pressure-side port and a low-pressure-side port, and having, on a low-pressure-side sidewall of the high-pressure-side port in the axial direction of the spool valve, a recessed part cut out with a predetermined width along the circumferential direction of the spool valve. In the pressure regulation device, the cutouts are formed such that at least one of them is present in the predetermined width regardless of the circumferential position of the spool valve.
