PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grease-filled constant velocity universal joint in which sealability of a lubricating grease can be positively obtained even when elastic force of a boot is deteriorated in the case the lubricating grease filled in the constant velocity universal joint having the boot is kept in a hardly leaking state from the boot and used under a high temperature environment or in other conditions, where aging degradation, especially of the material of the boot, tends to progress. SOLUTION: In this grease-filled constant velocity universal joint, a first lubricating grease 3 is filled between an outer ring 1 and an inner ring 2 of the constant velocity universal joint, the boot 5 made of resin for sealing is provided which press-contacts over the outer periphery of the outer ring 1 and the outer periphery of a shaft 4 held by the inner ring 2, and a second lubricating grease 6 having cone penetration (JIS K 2220 5.3) of less than 220 is filled in a corner part inside the boot 5 where the outer periphery of the shaft 4 and the inside of a small diameter part of the boot 5 is in press-contact with each other.
