PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball joint rubber bush capable of giving three-dimensional relative displacement to a pair of members corresponding to the input direction of a load while holding a predetermined supporting force on an input load in a prying direction, in a torsional direction or in the other direction. SOLUTION: For the ball joint rubber bush 10, an integrated vulcanized product 36 is formed by integrally vulcanizing and adhering a rubber elastic body 14 having a spherical concave face 28 on the inner periphery side and a spherical convex face 30 on the outer periphery side to the spherical convex face 26 of an inner fitting 12 and an outer fitting 16 having a spherical concave face 34 on the inner periphery side is pressed, elastically fitted and assembled thereinto so that the concave face 34 is slidable relative to the convex face 30 of the rubber elastic body 14 and in a state that the rubber elastic body 14 is previously compressed with a predetermined fastening margin.
