PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationally structure an operating system, and to facilitate assembly and maintenance of the operating system in a restricted region. SOLUTION: A single operating tool 15 constituted so as to perform a plurality of operations is operation-coordinated to an operated tool 16 through linkage mechanisms 17 and 18 for a plurality of systems so that prescribed operation of the operated tool 16 following with respective operation of the operating tool 15 is performed. One linkage mechanism 17 is provided with a linkage shaft 47 operating when prescribed operation of the operating tool 15 related to the linkage mechanism 17 is performed, and the other linkage mechanism 18 is provided with a cylindrical linkage shaft 37 operating when prescribed operation of the operating tool 15 related to the linkage mechanism 18 is performed, and the cylindrical linkage shaft 37 is fitted on a linkage shaft 47 in such a manner of capable of being relatively displaced.
