PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make authentication simply in a comparatively inexpensive configuration, relating to electronic paper and authentication methods. SOLUTION: This electronic paper has a memory to store data, a display for the data, and two or more light receivers, and is built to make authentication, based on the pattern of the light received by those light receivers and has a controller to permit display of the data that match the pattern registered, in advance.
