PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increase of a circuit area and reduce the number of fuses which are cut. SOLUTION: The semiconductor device is provided with a plurality of regular fuses and logical information fuses which are the fuses to generate information stored by the regular fuse by generating a logical relation with the output of the regular fuse and are provided with one set with respect to the N pieces (N is natural integer of higher than 2) of the regular fuses to show logical information in reference to the cut of the corresponding regular fuse. When many regular fuses are cut, the logical information fuse is cut and logics are converted so as to cut the regular fuse which is not cut by an original logic, whereby the number of cut fuses can be reduced without changing the circuit area substantially.
