PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transfer apparatus in which the mobility of a radio terminal station is ensured, while ensuring communication resources required for guaranteeing the quality of service. SOLUTION: The information transfer apparatus 22 is provided with a correspondence table generating section 35, and a packet information transfer section 31. The correspondence table generating section 35 generates a correspondence table 200 where MAC addresses Mac1-Macm allocated uniquely to radio terminal stations 26-1 to 26-m, IP addresses constituted by containing a network address "10.1.2.x" and host addresses "n+1 to n+m" and port numbers P1-Pn allocated to communication ports 28-1 to 28-n are made to correspond. The packet transfer section 31 identifies the IP address that is to serve as the transmission destination, from received packet information Pck and transfers the packet information Pck, only to a radio base station connected to a communication port, having a port identification code that is made to correspond to the correspondence table.
