PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent variation of a quantity of liquid ejected and a flying speed. SOLUTION: The liquid ejector comprises a head (41), a drive signal generating part (71 and 72), a cable (FC) and a correction circuit (73). The head includes an element (PZT) which performs an action for making the liquid ejected. The drive signal generating part generates a drive signal with a waveform part which has a voltage change pattern determined to make the element of the head perform a predetermined action. The correction circuit corrects a distortion of the waveform part in the drive signal after passing the cable. The correction circuit has a transistor pair connected complementarily (Tr3 and Tr4).
