PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood collecting puncture device, which offers a puncture effect suitable for collecting blood and can be easily assembled. SOLUTION: The blood collecting puncture device contains a needle holder and a puncture part of a blood collecting needle in an inner part of an outer cylinder not by a conventional convex part but by an engaging hole provided on a peripheral wall of the outer cylinder and an engaging piece on a side surface of the needle holder, which allows a hammer as an activator to securely activate, fully perform the puncture effects without being prevented, and the engaging piece smoothly to pass through an opening on a rear end of the outer cylinder and to be engaged to the engaging hole of the outer cylinder when the needle holder is assembled to the outer cylinder on manufacturing, so that press fitting is not required on its assembly and a yield could be improved.
