UNIT BUILDING STRUCTURE, INTER-BEAM VIBRATION CONTROL MATERIAL AND EXECUTION METHOD OF UNIT DWELLING HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit building structure provided with an inter-beam vibration control material which enables vibration control performance to be largely set without being influenced by a width or the like of an upper beam of a lower-story building unit or a width or the like of a lower beam of an upper-story building unit. SOLUTION: The upper-story building unit 11 is provided on the lower-story building unit 10 and the inter-beam vibration control material 15 is interposed between girder roof large beams 13 of the lower-story building unit 10 and girder floor large beams 14 of the upper-story building unit 11 in a unit building structure. The longitudinal direction of the inter-beam vibration control material 15 is coincided with the longitudinal direction of the girder roof large beams 13 and the girder floor large beams 14.
