摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the strength of a boss without increasing the outer diameter of the boss or installing a reinforcement plate to secure the strength of the boss for pivotally connecting a boom cylinder in a front loader in which the boom cylinder is pivotally connected to a bracket plate secured to a boom. SOLUTION: A bracket plate 22 is placed on and secured to the outer surface of the side wall 53 of the boom. A boss insertion hole 62 is formed through the cylinder pivot part 60 of the bracket plate 22 to which the boom cylinder is pivotally connected. One axial end of the cylindrical boss 61 is inserted into the boss insertion hole 62 from the outer surface side of the bracket plate 22. The outer surface of the cylinder pivot part 60 is joined to the outer peripheral surface of the boss 61 by welding. The axial one end surface 61a of the boss 61 is so joined to the side wall end edge 53a of the boom by welding that the inner hole 61b of the boss 61 is not closed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
