PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an isobutylene-based thermoplastic elastomer resin composition which maintains the basic characteristics of the thermoplastic elastomer resin composition, such as mechanical strengths, moldability and appearance, has improved flexibility such as low hardness and low impact resilience, and does not bleed out a plasticizer, and to provide various packings. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer resin composition comprises: (a) 100 pts.wt. of an isoprene-based triblock copolymer comprising a polymer block containing an aromatic vinylic compound as a main monomer component, a polymer block containing isoprene as a main monomer component, and a polymer block containing an aromatic vinylic compound as a main component; (b) 10 to 25 pts.wt. of a polyolefin-based polymer; and 0.1 to 50 pts.wt. of a filler.
