SOLUTION: An execution control unit 30 has: a setting operation determination means 31 for determining the operation content of a prescribed function set corresponding to set time, based on operation content information 321; and an operation content information storage means 32 for storing the operation content information 321 indicated by allowing the prescribed time that is set and is stored in the setting time storage means 12 to correspond to the operation content of the prescribed function executed by a function section 20. There is a function that is started, for example, when a timer section 10 notifies that set time is reached, set time has been reached, and set time approaches, and requests a function section 20 of the execution of prescribed processing corresponding to the set time, based on the operation content information 321, and controls the execution of the prescribed function.
