FUEL RETURN HOSE ASSEMBLY MACHINE WITH FUNCTION BLOCK

A fuel return hose assembly machine with a function block is provided to reduce defects by sensing the existence of a clip for fixing a connection hose connected to a fuel pump and a common rail. A fuel return hose assembly machine includes a function block(11), a function block jig, a clamping function block jig and a clamping cylinder, and a control panel. The function block connects fuel introduced from a return hose(10), a common rail and a fuel pump to a fuel tank. The function block jig is arranged in the vicinity of an end hose jig on a table of a frame, and has a surface on which a function block is mounted. The clamping function block jig and a clamping cylinder are arranged on the function block jig, and holds the function block during assembly of a connector(15), a hose(16) and the function block. The control panel is arranged to control the clamping cylinder and exert an air pressure.
