<p>A plant pot is made up of an outer pot (11) and an inner pot (12) removably and air tightly fitted in the outer pot and having formed in it a water intake hole (15). A space (14) is formed between the inner peripheral surface of the outer pot and the outer peripheral surface of the inner pot when the outer pot and the inner pot are fitted to each other, and the space (14) forms a closed space which, except the water intake hole, is shut off from outside air, and water (22) is supplied into the inner pot through the water intake hole due to air pressure in the closed space. At the center of the bottom of the inner pot is provided a screw fitting section for connection to the outer pot, and the inner pot is removably fitted to the outer pot by rotating the inner pot relative to the outer pot. The outer diameter d of the fitting section at the bottom center of the inner pot is set smaller than the outer diameter D of the upper outer periphery of the inner pot, so that the inner pot and outer pot can be rotated against each other with weak force to facilitate watering of a potted plant.</p> |
