<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve device for a ventilation opening capable of easily improving airtightness between a sleeve part and a wall material of a building. <P>SOLUTION: The sleeve device 1 for the ventilation opening is constructed in a wall structure of a building formed with a heat insulating material 25 provided between an external facing material 21 and an interior material 23, and a venting layer 27 provided between the heat insulating material 25 and the external facing material 21. The sleeve device 1 has a cylindrical sleeve 3s with a hole, and a flange part 5 provided at one end of the sleeve 3s. The sleeve device 1 comprises a first nut 7 with cushioning screwed with a screw 3a provided at the outer periphery of the sleeve 3s, and enclosed in the venting layer 27 while abutting on one end face of the heat insulating material 25, and a second nut 9 abutting on the other end face of the heat insulating material 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
