<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection confirmation method which makes it possible to easily discriminate whether the speakers of respective bands in respective channels and the output terminals of an amplifier corresponding to the respective speakers are appropriately connected by the ears of a person. <P>SOLUTION: When driving the respective speakers for the purpose of testing the respective channels of the plurality of speakers loaded on a vehicle or the amplifier driving them or testing both of them, the respective speakers are driven by selecting a sound frequency for driving the speakers for the respective bands in the respective channels from the elements of a frequency sequence having the difference of a semitone (that is, about 1.05946 times) in the scale of Western music in the appropriate order of the attached speakers, and selecting a time interval for driving the respective speakers from the elements of a time sequence to be the roughly integer multiple of the basic time so as to correspond to the note of the Western music, and sound emitted from the driven speakers of the respective channels becomes a melody with a scale as a whole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
