<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel which displays a luminance-uniform picture and minimizes the number of transistors. <P>SOLUTION: The pixel includes an organic light emitting diode OLED; a power source line VLn, which is connected to the cathode electrode of the organic light-emitting diode OLED and supplies a second power source of low or high state; a second transistor M2, which is connected to a data line Dm and to a scanning line Sn and is turned on, when a scanning signal is supplied to the scanning line Sn; a first transistor M1, which is connected between the second electrode of the second transistor M2 and the anode electrode of the organic light-emitting diode OLED; a third transistor M3, which is connected between the gate electrode of the first transistor M1 and the second electrode of the first transistor M1 and is turned on, when the scanning signal Sn is supplied; and a storage capacitor Cst, which is connected between a first power source ELVDD and the gate electrode of the first transistor M1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
