摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable improvement of response in exhaust gas temperature control and materialization of effective filter regeneration with a simple structure in relation to an exhaust emission control device. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device controlling temperature of a filter 2 for exhaust emission control installed in an exhaust gas passage 10 of an engine and regenerating a filter 2 is provided with an oxidation catalyst 1 arranged in single casing installed in an upstream side of the filter 2 in the exhaust gas passage 10 and a temperature detection means 3 provided in the casing and detecting exhaust gas temperature of an inside thereof as catalyst inside temperature Tc. The oxidation catalyst 1 includes a first oxidation catalyst part 1a in an upstream side exhaust gas passage 10 of a position where the catalyst inside temperature Tc is detected, and a second oxidation catalyst part 1b in an exhaust gas passage downstream side of the position. The second oxygen catalyst part 1b has heat capacity at least absorbing at least fluctuation of exhaust gas temperature of a predetermined quantity or more of the first oxidation catalyst part 1a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
