BASE STATION DEVICE, AND METHOD OF ALLOCATING CHANNEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate a channel appropriately when a mobile communication terminal issues a new channel allocation request.

SOLUTION: A base station device uses a plurality of antennas to perform adaptive processing for communicating with a communication terminal. The base station device has: an interference grasping means for grasping the degree of interference in an unused channel used for communication; a channel selection means for selecting an unused channel to which a channel should be allocated, based on a result grasped by the interference grasping means; and a channel allocation means for allocating the unused channel selected by the channel selection means to the mobile communication terminal, when there is a new channel allocation request from the mobile communication terminal.
