<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motivation management system which detects the decrease tendency of motivation by analyzing business daily reports for every employee and supports guidance suitable for the tendency. <P>SOLUTION: In the motivation management system, an employee terminal, a manager terminal and a server are connected communicably. The employee terminal has a daily report information input means, and a transmission means for transmitting daily report information. The server has a means for receiving employee identification information and daily report information, a first storage means for storing the daily report information, a daily report information analysis means for analyzing the daily report information based on analysis condition information, a second storage means for storing analysis results, a third storage means for storing notifying conditions based on the employee identification information, a means for generating notification information and a means for transmitting the notification information to the manager terminal.
