<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion cell, a photoelectric conversion module, a photoelectric conversion panel and a photoelectric conversion system that can make the efficiency of a thin-film Si solar cell improved and are capable of enhancing the efficiency of a photoelectric conversion. <P>SOLUTION: A refractive-index adjusting layer consisting of the quality of the material, having a refractive index smaller than a transparent conductive film, is inserted between a rear electrode and the transparent conductive film formed on the surface side of the rear electrode. When the transparent conductive film, consisting of GZO, SiO<SB>2</SB>, is inserted between the transparent conductive film and the rear electrode consisting of Ag.
