PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head in which wiring length between a magnetic element performing write-in and read-out of data for a magnetic recording medium, and a head amplifier is short and a manufacturing cost of a magnetic recording device can be reduced, and also to provide its manufacturing method, and the magnetic recording device. SOLUTION: A poly-silicon layer 22 is formed on a substrate 21, and a transistor constituting a head amplifier is formed by injecting an impurity into this poly-silicon layer 22. Subsequently, an insulation film 27 or the like is formed on the transistor, further a lower part shield layer 28 and an MR element (data read-out element) 32 or the like are formed. Next, after an insulation film 35 or the like are formed, the data write-in element constituted of a lower part magnetic pole layer 35, a thin film coil 42, and an upper part magnetic pole layer 44 is formed. In parallel to forming of theses elements, a contact hole and wiring 26, 33, 41 connecting electrically at least one side of the MR element 32 and the thin film coil 42 and the transistor are formed.
