PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise when contact between a turntable and a clamper without increasing the number of components. SOLUTION: A metal support plate 12 is disposed in the upper surface of a frame 10, and a clamper 14 is disposed in the support plate 12 to face a turntable 3. An oblong hole 30 is formed in the support plate 12, and vibration transmitted from the clamper 14 to the support plate 12 is suppressed when the turntable 3 and the clamper 14 are in contact. Thus, contact noise amplified between the turntable 3 and the clamper 4 by the vibration of the support plate 12 is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
