PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic response analysis method capable of acquiring simple and uniform solutions and performing seismic response analysis in consideration of the effects of cyclic mobility. SOLUTION: Before mean effective stress exceeds a phase transformation line, the degree of cumulative damage is sequentially computed on the basis of stress equivalent to the amount of increase from an unloading point in a three-dimensional stress space (steps 208-218). After the mean effective stress has exceeded the phase transformation line, it is determined that a loaded state has exceeded the phase transformation line or not, and tangent stiffness and the amount of variation of mean effective stress are determined by different methods in the case that the loaded state has exceeded the phase transformation line and in the case that it has not (steps 220-236).
