PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold storage member wherein a container (the cold storage member) for cooling is easily attached to a cooler box interior. SOLUTION: The cold storage member 1 is composed by forming a housing part 2a in an interior of a housing body 2 comprising a bag formed by welding peripheries of two synthetic resin sheets, sealing a cold insulator 3 comprised of gelatinous water soluble polymer in the housing part 2a, and attaching a sucker 4 to the housing body 2. The cold storage member 1 is attached to an interior of a cooler box or the like by the sucker 4. When a rim pat 2b of the housing body 2 is welded and the cold insulator 3 is sealed in the housing part 2a, a center side formed with the housing part 2a swells outward and a protruding piece 2c thinner than a center part is formed on the rim part 2b, a through-hole 2d is provided in the protruding piece 2c, and the sucker 4 is attached via the through-hole 2d.
