PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defrosting control device, achieving energy saving by avoiding wasteful defrosting control in the case of peripheral environment where a frost formation amount to a cooling device is decreased. SOLUTION: The defrosting control device includes: a control means (a centralized supervisory controller 20) for controlling the defrosting of a cooler 5. The control means (the centralized supervisory controller 20) performs defrosting operation of the cooler 5 based on a predetermined cycle, a predetermined time or a predetermined operation time. The control means (the centralized supervisory controller 20) does not perform the defrosting operation in a status where the absolute humidity is low based on the absolute humidity of the peripheral environment where a cooling device is low.
