PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for preventing a theft and tracing an address after the theft. SOLUTION: When the information processor is stolen, only restricted units such as a radio communication module 14, a GPS (global positioning system) 15, and a 3D sensor 22 are turned on, display operation by a display unit 4 and key input operation by a keyboard 7 are forbidden. The position of the stolen information processor 1 is determined by the GPS 15, and is reported to a server via radio communications. When voice data is stored in a server, voice is output from a speaker of the information processor 1, and surrounding voice can be recorded by a microphone of the information processor 1. A sub-battery 26 dedicated to security control operation that cannot be easily detached from the outside is provided, thereby preventing the accident that the security operation is interrupted by battery shutoff.
