PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a section visualization device capable of intelligibly designating a section A of an object by easy operation. SOLUTION: This section visualization device capable of displaying an image of the arbitrary section of the object has: a storage means 110 storing volume data of the object; a designation means 120 designating the section of the object to a designated article 500; a generation means 110 generating image data of the section of the object from the volume data stored in the storage means 110 on the basis of the section designated by the designation means 120; and a display means 130 displaying the image data of the section generated by the generation means 110.
