PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elongating flow mixer having a fewer energy consumption. SOLUTION: The mixer 10 comprises: a cylinder 11; spheres 12; and two springs 13, wherein the spheres 12 are arranged in the cylinder 11, the spheres 12 are fixed in the cylinder 11 by the two springs 13 and a slit gap C between an inner wall of the cylinder 11 and the spheres 12 falls into the range of 25 to 1,000μm. The mixer provided by the invention can be suitably used, for example, for the mixing of plastic material, particularly for the mixing a high-viscosity micro phase into a polymer base material.
