PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a bone joining apparatus with a simple mechanism which facilitates attachment work in a surgical operation and can prevent the rotation of a lug screw after the surgical operation. SOLUTION: In the status that the cylinder superficies section 12b of the lug screw 10 is arranged within the distal end 13a of a sleeve 13, the lug screw 10 can rotate in relation to the sleeve 13 and in the status that the deformed superficies section 12c of the lug screw 10 is arranged within the distal end 13a of the sleeve 13, the lug screw 10 is regulated in a rotational direction in relation to the sleeve 13.
