PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a stably shaped oily confectionery shell comprising oily confectionery mixed with edible solid material: and to provide an oily confectionery shell and composite oily confectionery using the shell. SOLUTION: The method for producing oily confectionery shell comprises mixing edible solid material having≤8 wt.% of moisture with oily confectionery dough, charging the edible solid material-mixed oily confectionery dough into a mold followed by pressing the dough cooled at -20 to +10°C to make the shell excellent in palate feeling and flavor and having a stable shape.
