PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear part structure for a roof opening type vehicle enabling a layout with a room around a rear seat without expanding the size of a roof storage chamber, and capable of improving a ride comfort, and to improve the stiffness of a vehicle body of a convertible/top vehicle, in the roof opening type vehicle storing a roof in the roof storage chamber formed at a rear part of the rear seat at the time of opening the roof. SOLUTION: A roof opening/closing type vehicle has a vehicular width direction frame 31 extending in a vehicular width direction behind the rear seat 57, and a side frame 32 united to both end portions of the vehicular width direction frame 31. A frame structure 3 is provided which has a flat surface shape formed in a generally U-shape opened to a vehicle front side and a lower portion detachably attached to a vehicle body 1. The frame structure 3 is installed so as to surround the rear seat 57 from both right and left sides and a rear side.
