PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording head, an ink-jet recording apparatus using it, and a manufacturing method of the recording head, which completely and precisely remove foreign substances (cutting powder) minutely hiding in a complex structure to cause of defective ink discharge, improve workability by excimer laser, and reduce manufacturing man-hours and generation of defects. SOLUTION: A nozzle substrate 52 having a plurality of nozzles 51a which discharge droplets, and actuators 53a which generate energy for discharging droplets from nozzles are provided. In the droplet discharge head 14 which discharges droplets from the nozzles by driving the actuator, the nozzle substrate is joined with other members after it is cleaned by a cleaning liquid containing micro-bubbles.
