PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removing printing plate capable of forming a pattern in which a low resolution portion and a high resolution portion are mixed in forming a pattern by reverse offset printing. SOLUTION: The removing printing plate 44 used for reverse offset printing includes a plurality of recess regions B to G each having a different depth depending on a pattern form, wherein a relationship of 0.03W≤D≤0.5W is satisfied when the short side length of a circumscribed rectangle of each of these recess regions B to G is taken as W and a depth in each of these recess regions B to G is taken as D, and the recess regions B to G are formed by wet etching, and patterning is further performed using the removing printing plate 44, whereby a pattern in which a low resolution portion and a high resolution portion are mixed can be formed by reverse offset printing.
